Two-Phase Remodel
This 5,000 square foot Scott Valley contemporary-style home was featured on the Mill Valley Outdoor Art Club Garden Tour in April of 2010. Exquisitely decorated by Cyndi Devereaux Design, this home underwent a 70% remodel to link the indoors with the outdoors creating an more cohesive living environment. The home's kitchen was rebuilt to sit flush with the backyard deck. In addition, Hennessey Construction built an large deck to add access to the firepit, outdoor shower, and hot tub. A wine cellar, home gym, and home office were also part of the remodel.
